    Role Overview 
    As our Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid  advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (primarily Meta, Google, and native ad  networks) for multiple cannabis-related brands. This role requires a blend of creative  marketing sense, platform compliance knowledge, and conversion-driven execution. 

    Key Responsibilities 
    - Develop and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns tailored to 
    each brand and product category (e.g., cannabis seeds, hemp-derived THC, nootropics). 
    - Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV across different audience  segments. 
    - Write, test, and iterate on ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that convert while staying within  platform compliance limits (no direct mentions of β€œweed,” β€œcannabis,” etc.). 
    - Build compliant campaigns that effectively allude to restricted categories without violating  ad policies. 
    - Create, test, and manage retargeting and custom/exclusion audiences (e.g., post-purchase, cart abandonment). 
    - Analyze data and performance reports to improve creatives, bids, and targeting.

    - Coordinate with in-house designers or external creatives to produce compelling ad visuals. 
    - Explore native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) or programmatic DSPs for  higher-risk categories. 
    - Stay up-to-date on advertising best practices, compliance and policy changes, especially  in regulated verticals like cannabis, kratom, nootropics, and supplements. 

    Requirements 
    - 2+ years of experience managing paid social ads for US-based ecommerce brands. 
    - Proven experience running profitable Meta and Google Ads campaigns with tracked  performance metrics. 
    - Deep understanding of platform ad policies and how to craft compliant yet compelling  campaigns. 
    - Strong copywriting skills tailored for performance ads and low-trust, high-risk  categories. 
    - Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar. 
    - Highly analytical and performance-driven; ROI mindset is a must. 
    - Ability to work independently, handle multiple brands, and pivot quickly as platforms  evolve.
